Cooking Instructions
You will need:
  • 1000 mL water (4 cups)
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200 g thinly sliced chicken or raw prawns
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 10 g coriander
  • Optional: fresh chilli and lime
To Cook:
  1. Boil the Dried Noodles in water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and divide between two bowls.

  2. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the Laksa Broth and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chicken or prawns and stir-fry until just cooked.

  3. Add water and Coconut Milk Powder and stir until the powder has dissolved. Add the Spring Onions and heat until simmering.

  4. Divide the broth between two bowls and top with bean sprouts, coriander and optional chilli and lime.
