Thai Basil Chilli Stir-Fry Meal Kit 376g

This super easy Thai Chilli Basil stir-fry kit includes a perfectly balanced sauce with flavours of fragrant Thai holy basil and garlic, savoury soy and oyster, plus a warm chilli heat. Simply stir-fry up with your favourite protein (we love it with chicken) and some quick-cook vegetables, then serve over the fluffy heat and serve rice to soak up all the saucy flavour.

Cooking Instructions
Method:
  1. Heat 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Add 300g of chicken, prawns or your favourite plant-based protein & stir-fry until cooked.

  3. Add the Thai Basil Sauce a dried spice mix and simmer for 2 mins.

  4. Meanwhile, tear 1-2cm from the top of the rice pouch and place in the microwave for 90 seconds (in a 900W microwave). 5. Serve hot rice topped with stir-fry.
