Life at Mr Chen’s
Our workplace mission is to create food with heart. For us, food with heart tastes good, is good, and does good.
We support our team in bringing their whole, authentic selves to work, and aim to be a diverse, inclusive workplace that people want to join, learn and grow with.
We have flexible working arrangements and fun perks like Freebies Freezer and Pantry, Banh Mi Tuesdays, Workflow Wednesdays (meeting free) and Birthday Doona Days (that’s right a sanctioned day off on your birthday to eat dumplings in bed). We also have a dedicated squad of Fun Police, who are on a mission to make sure we take a break for regular team events and challenges throughout the year.
We respect and care about the communities in which we operate, and are committed to giving back through contributions to Foodbank and Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.
Our team is passionate, energetic and supportive. We stay humble, but always hungry (because dumplings, yum!). We love what we do.
