Stove top instructions
  1. Place unopened sauce and chicken sachets in a large bowl of hot water to defrost.
  2. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a large frying pan with a lid over medium heat. Add the rice and vegetables, then cover and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the rice is fully separated.
  3. Remove the lid, add the chicken and sauce, and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until cooked through.

Divide between two bowls and enjoy.
