Recipe
Ingredients:
200 g thinly sliced beef
200 g Mr Chen’s Pad Thai Noodles
1 cup bean sprouts
10 g Thai basil
Optional: fresh chilli and a lime
Method:
1. Combine 500 mL of water and soup broth in a medium saucepan and heat until boiling
2. Cook Mr Chen’s Pad Thai Noodles according to packet instructions
3. Divide noodles and beef over two bowls, add the boiling broth and stir beef through until cooked.
4. Top with bean sprouts, Thai basil and fresh chilli slices. Serve with a wedge of lime and enjoy!
