Cooking Instructions
You will need:
  • 750 mL water (3 cups)
  • 200 g thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 10 g chopped coriander
  • Optional: fresh chilli and lime
Method:
  1. Boil the Rice Noodles in water for 4 minutes or until cooked through. Drain and divide between two bowls.
  2. Pour the Pho Broth and water into a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the beef and Dried Vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Divide the broth between the noodle bowls and top with crunchy bean sprouts, coriander and optional chilli and lime.
