Cooking Instructions
You will need:
- 750 mL water (3 cups)
- 200 g thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 10 g chopped coriander
- Optional: fresh chilli and lime
Method:
- Boil the Rice Noodles in water for 4 minutes or until cooked through. Drain and divide between two bowls.
- Pour the Pho Broth and water into a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the beef and Dried Vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
- Divide the broth between the noodle bowls and top with crunchy bean sprouts, coriander and optional chilli and lime.
