Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of sago
  • 150ml water
  • 400ml Mr Chen’s Coconut Cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Half a mango, sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted desiccated coconut toasted
  • 6 mint leaves

Method

In a medium saucepan, pour in your sago, Mr Chen’s coconut cream and water and allow to soak for 30 minutes.

Place sago and coconut cream mixture over medium heat and stir continuously to avoid sticking. The sago should cook through and become sticky in around 5-10 minutes.

Remove sago from the heat and add in your sugar, stirring through.

Spoon into dessert glasses and serve either warm or chilled, topped with mango, dessicated coconut and mint.
