Deep Fried Ice Cream Bao Buns
Ingredients
- Mr Chen’s Bao Buns
- Ice cream
- Your choice of toppings and sauces (e.g fruit, sprinkles)
- Oil for deep frying

Steam Mr Chen’s Bao Buns for 10 minutes.

Remove from steamer and place in deep frier.

Add a scoop of ice cream to each Bao Bun.

Decorate with fruits, sprinkles and/or sauces.
