Inspired by the Indonesian classic, this Satay meal kit is nutty, fragrant, lightly-spiced and so delicious. We've included satay stir-fry sauce, silky noodles and some peanuts for crunch. All that's left to do is add chicken and your favourite vegetables for a simple, sensational stir-fry.

Cooking Instructions
You will need:
  • 80 mL water (1/3 cup)
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    200 g thinly sliced chicken
    1 cup finely chopped vegetables (we recommend carrot, mushroom, onion)
    Optional: roasted peanuts and lime
To cook:
  1. Boil the Dried Noodles in water for 2-3 minutes, until cooked through. Drain, cut to desired length with scissors and set aside.
  2. Dissolve Coconut Milk Powder in 1/3 cup warm water and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until just cooked before adding the vegetables and fry for a further 3 minutes.
  4.  Add the noodles, coconut milk and Satay Seasoning to the pan and mix thoroughly.
  5.  Divide between two bowls and top with optional roasted peanuts and lime.
