Pad Thai Noodle Kit 324g

This super easy Pad Thai kit helps you re-create a takeaway favourite at home, with signature sweet and savoury flavours of lime and tamarind, plus easy cook rice noodles and a peanut and chilli sprinkle for extra crunch. Simply stir-fry up with your favourite protein (we love prawns, chicken or egg) and some quick-cook vegetables like beanshoots and chives, for flavour in a flash.

Cooking Instructions
You will need:
  • 200g of your favourite protein

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup beanshoots and chives (optional)

Prepare your noodles:
  1. Add noodles to a saucepan of boiling water.

  2. Simmer for 1-2 mins, gently stirring to separate noodles.

  3. Drain and rinse well before adding to your stir-fry.

Prepare your stir-fry:
  1. Heat 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Add 200g of chicken, prawns or your favourite plant based protein & stir-fry until cooked.

  3. Beat 2 small eggs (omit for vegan) and add to your stir fry.

  4. Add your noodles, 1 cup of bean shoots, and Pad Thai sauce, then stir-fry for 1-2 mins until hot.

  5. Serve topped with peanut chilli mix, plus optional chives and squeeze of lime.
