Ingredients:
200 g thinly sliced pork fillet
135 g Mr Chen’s Ramen Noodles
½ cup sweet corn
1 cup bean sprouts
1 spring onion
2 soft-boiled eggs
Method:
1. Combine 500 mL of water and soup broth in a medium saucepan and heat until boiling.
2. Add Mr Chen’s Ramen Noodles, sliced pork, and sweet corn. Boil for 4 minutes or until noodles have softened.
3. Divide over two ramen bowls, top each with an egg, bean sprouts and spring onion. Enjoy!
