Ingredients
- 300 ml Mr Chen’s Coconut Cream (or Coconut Milk)
- 250g chickpeas
- 1 brown onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1tbsp turmeric
- 1tbsp cumin
- Handful of spinach
- 1tbsp oil

Method
Fry garlic and onion until translucent.
Add turmeric and cumin cook for further 2 minutes.
Add chickpeas and Mr Chen’s Coconut Cream (may need to simmer longer if using Coconut Milk for a thicker curry).
Cook for 5 min and add spinach to garnish.
Serve with coconut or jasmine rice.
