This seriously simple Japanese Ramen Kit includes a perfectly balanced shoyu miso broth and silky rice noodles. All that's left to do is add meat, veggies and hard boiled eggs for a ramen worth raving about.

Cooking Instructions
You will need:
  • 200g pork fillet sliced

  • 1 cup vegetables (we suggest sweetcorn & baby spinach)

  • 1 hard boiled egg

To cook:
  1. Pour the sachet of my rich ramen broth into a medium saucepan, add 500mL of water and heat until boiling.

  2. Remove the ramen noodles and dried vegetables from the packaging and add to boiling soup, along with pork slices and vegetables. Boil for 5 minutes.

  3. Serve in a bowl topped with hard boiled egg.
