This seriously simple Malaysian Laksa Kit includes a fragrant, lightly-spiced coconut broth and soft, silky noodles. All that's left to do is add seafood or meat, and your favourite veggies for a laksa to make your tastebuds sing.

Cooking Instructions
You will need:
  • 200g green prawns

  • 1 cup vegetables

  • Bean shoots and Vietnamese Mint

To Cook:
  1. Pour the sachet of fragrant Laksa soup into a medium saucepan, add 500ml of water and heat until boiling.

  2. Remove the noodles and dried vegetables from the packaging and add to boiling soup, along with the prawns. Boil for 5 minutes.

  3. Serve in a bowl topped with crunchy bean shoots, Vietnamese mint and chilli.
