Ingredients
- Mr Chen’s Bao Buns
- Leftover roast of your choice (we’ve used pork loin roast)
- 1/4 red cabbage, sliced
- 1/4 white cabbage, sliced
- 1/4 fennel, sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- Mayo
Method
Steam Mr Chen’s Bao Buns according to the package instructions.
Slice cabbage and fennel sprinkle with salt and add lemon juice mix it well.
Cut 3 slices of your leftover roast per bun.
Place mayo in the bun, add your leftover roast - top it with cabbage and fennel slaw and enjoy!
