Ingredients
- 1 bunch of bok choy
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 1 tbsp oil
- few spring onion, sliced
- fresh chilli, sliced (optional)
Sauce:
- 60 ml Mr Chen’s Oyster Sauce (or Vegetarian Oyster sauce)
- 1 tbsp of water

Boil broccoli for 2 min, drain and set aside.

Heat up oil in the pan, fry broccoli and bok choy, then add sauce and toss it through.
Serve with sliced chilli.
