- 500g green beans
- 1 cup Mr Chen’s panko crumbs
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp Mr Chen’s sesame oil
- 50g butter
- 1 tbsp salt
- sesame seeds, garnish

Bring a pot of water to boil, add salt, green beans and let it boil for about 4 min. Once beans are cooked, drain it and put it in ice cold water.

Edamame (if frozen, cook it according to the instructions) in this case, a bamboo steaming basket was used. Steam over boiling water, this can be done while boiling green beans. Steam for 2-3 min until defrosted. Place it in ice cold water to cool down.

In a pan melt butter and oil, throw in panko crumbs and cook until golden brown. Add green beans and toss through.

Mix edamame with sesame oil and garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Serve alongside your favourite dumplings - we suggest Prawn Hargow!
