Ingredients
500g pork loin steaks, cut into ½ cm thick slices (see tips)
2 x 200g packs of Mr Chen’s Hokkien Noodles
½ cup of Mr Chen’s Teriyaki Sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon peanut or vegetable oil
1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
1 medium red capsicum, quartered, seeds removed and cut into 1cm strips
1 bunch broccolini or baby broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces

Method
Place the noodles into a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and stand for 1 minute. Drain and separate the noodles. Set aside
Combine the teriyaki sauce and honey in a bowl. Stir to mix well and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large wok or non-stick frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry the pork in small batches until pale golden and almost cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Add the onion and capsicum to the wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until starting to soften. Add the broccolini (or baby broccoli) and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Return the pork to the wok. Add the teriyaki sauce mixture and stir-fry for 1 minute, or until hot and bubbling. Toss through the noodles and cook until heated through.
Serve topped with sliced red chilli, if preferred.
