Ingredients

  • 400g pkt Mr Chen’s Singapore Noodles, prepared to pack instructions
  • ¼ cup Mr Chen’s Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Chinese cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lightly flavoured oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 200g cooked chicken, shredded
  • Sesame oil and lemon wedge, for serving

Method

Combine the soy sauce, cooking wine, curry powder and sugar. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute. Add capsicum and carrot cooking for a further minute.

Add prepared noodles, sauce and chicken to wok. Toss well until heated through. Serve with a drizzle of sesame oil and lemon.
