How to crumb (Chicken, Fish, Prawns, Tofu etc)

1. Fill 3 separate shallow bowls with flour, whisked eggs and panko crumbs.

2. Gently press the food into the flour to coat, then lightly shake off excess.

3. Dip food into the whisked egg, allowing any excess to drip off.

4. Press and pat the food gently into the panko crumbs.

5. Fry in oil until cooked, crunchy and delicious.
