Mr Chen's has been crafting delicious Asian flavours for over 40 years. Our Prawn Gyoza are perfectly balanced - with sweet juicy prawn and vegetables, aromatic notes of ginger, chives and sesame. Crispy fry them for that irresistible crunch, or delicately steam them to melt in the mouth.

Cooking Instructions
Steam

Lightly spray surface of steamer with oil. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes.

Boil

Cook in boiling water for 8 minutes.

Pan Fry

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan. Saute dumplings on medium heat for 2 minutes or until skin is golden brown. Add 1/2 cup of water to pan and cover with lid. Steam dumplings until no more water is visible and serve hot.

Air Fry

Set air fryer to 190°C. Place product into air fryer in a single layer. Spray product liberally with vegetable oil. Air fry for 8-12 minutes (turning once) or to preferred level of crispness. Cook in batches for greater quantities.

Microwave

Based on 900W microwave. Place 5-10 frozen pieces in a microwave safe container with water (1 tbsp per 2 pieces). Cover and heat for 3½ minutes, or until cooked through. Drain and serve.

Serve

Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and dig in!
