Cook from frozen. This product must be cooked before consumption.
1. Empty 480g of Edamame into a microwaveable dish, add 1/4 cup of water and cover.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
3. Remove from the microwave and stir Edamame to ensure even heat distribution.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes or until hot.
5. Drain water, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and seasoning sachet to the Edamame.
6. Stir well and serve.
