Ingredients
- 300g pkt Mr Chen’s Thin Egg Noodles, prepared to pack instructions
- ⅓ cup Mr Chen’s Oyster Sauce
- ¼ cup Mr Chen’s Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp light flavoured oil
- 500g beef rump steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp finely grated ginger
- 1 birdseye chilli, finely sliced (optional)
- 4 cups sliced green vegetables (bok choy, snowpeas, broccolini)
- 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds, to garnish

Method
Combine the oyster, soy and sesame oil in a small bowl. Set aside.
Heat half the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add beef strips in batches until well seared, set aside.
Wipe out wok and heat remaining oil. Cook ginger and chilli for 30 seconds, add green vegetables and cook, tossing for several minutes. Add beef back to wok with the prepared noodles and sauce. Toss well.
Serve beef noodles with spring onions and sesame seeds.
