Ingredients
- 300g skinless salmon fillet
- 3tbsp Mr Chen’s Teriyaki Sauce
- 270g Mr Chen’s Soba Noodles
- 1 lebanese cucumber, thinly slices
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp light oil

Combine salmon and teriyaki sauce in a bowl, set aside.

Meanwhile, add noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Sear salmon in a hot frying pan for 6-8 minute, depending on thickness. Allow to cool and break into chunks.

Combine the remaining teriyaki sauce, lemon juice and oil.

In a large bowl, combine noodles, cucumber, sesame seeds, sauce mixture and salmon. Serve.
