Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE

1. Remove seasoning sachet from the pouch. Empty edamame into a microwaveable dish, add 1/4 cup of water and cover.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
3. Remove from the microwave and stir to ensure even heat distribution.
4. Microwave on HIGH for a further 3 minutes or until hot.
5. Drain water, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and the seasoning sachet.
6. Stir well and serve.

BOIL

1. Remove seasoning sachet from the pouch. Empty edamame into a pot of boiling water.
2. Heat at a simmer for 4-5 minutes or until the centre of the pod has heated through.
3. Drain water, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and the seasoning sachet..
4. Stir well and serve.

HOW TO ENJOY

1. Pick up a pod with seasoning.
2. Use your teeth or lips to gently squeeze the beans out while savouring the seasoning from the skin of the pod.
3. Discard the empty pod and repeat.
