Serves 3.
1. Add hand-pulled style noodles to a large saucepan of boiling water.
2. Gently stir to keep separate and cook for 3 minutes or according to taste.
3. Drain in a colander and rinse with warm water.
4. Place back in the saucepan and thoroughly stir through the sauce. Split between 2 bowls and enjoy!
4. For an extra touch, add your favourite protein or veg. Enjoy!
