Ingredients
- 400g pkt Mr Chen’s Udon Noodles, prepared to pack instructions
- 2 tbsp Mr Chen’s Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mr Chen’s Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Mr Chen’s Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp lightly flavoured oil
- 250g chicken breast, diced
- 3-4 cups finely sliced vegetables (carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, spring onions)
- Toasted sesame seeds and spring onion, for garnish

Combine the soy, oyster, mirin, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cooking until well seared. Add vegetables and stir-fry a further minute.

Add prepared noodles and sauce to wok, tossing well until heated through. Serve with sesame seeds and spring onion.
