Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Mr Chen’s Oyster Sauce
 - 2 tablespoons Mr Chen’s Soy Sauce (or Mr Chen’s Dark Soy Sauce)
 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed
 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
 - 550g packet frozen Mr Chen’s Pork & Chive Dumplings (or any Mr Chen’s Dumplings)
 - 400g packet Mr Chen’s Singapore Noodles
 - 250g packet Woolworths COOK Stir Fry Mix Superfood Vegetables
 - 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted, and
 - 2 spring onions, thinly sliced, to serve

Method
                            Combine sauces, garlic and sesame oil in a small bowl.
                        
                    
                            Place half of the vegetable oil and 1 cup cold water in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add dumplings and cook, covered, for 7 minutes. Uncover and cook over medium-high heat for 4 minutes or until water has evaporated and dumplings are golden underneath. Transfer to a plate and set aside.                        
                    
                            Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to packet instructions.                        
                    
                            Heat remaining vegetable oil in same cleaned frying pan over high heat. Cook vegetables for 1 minute, stirring, or until tender. Add noodles and sauce mixture and cook for 2 minutes, stirring, or until noodles are heated through and sauce has thickened slightly and is glossy. Add dumplings and toss to coat.                         
                    
                            Serve topped with sesame seeds and onion.
